Commission Structure:

- Upfront/Setup Fees: 15% commission

- Monthly Recurring Revenue: 30% commission

- Cookie Duration: 60 days

- Minimum Payout Threshold: $50

- Payout Schedule: 15th of each month

- Payment Method: PayPal (U.S. & international)

- Tax Forms: Required prior to payout

By submitting your application, you agree to the following:

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

1. PARTIES & PROGRAM

This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation in Cortez Hustle's AI Hustle Society's affiliate program, an iHustle Media Group LLC brand. By accepting these terms, you become an independent affiliate with the opportunity to earn commissions on qualified referrals.

2. COMMISSION & PAYMENT

- You'll receive a unique tracking ID for all referrals

- 15% commission on all upfront/setup fees

- 30% commission on all monthly recurring revenue

- Commissions paid monthly on the 15th via PayPal

- Minimum $50 threshold (held up to 365 days until reached)

- Chargebacks/refunds will be deducted from future commissions

3. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Promote our services ethically and honestly

- Use only approved marketing materials

- Include required FTC disclosure: "I receive referral payments from Cortez Hustle's AI Hustle Society. I am an independent affiliate and not an employee or agent of the company."

- No spam, misleading claims, or trademark bidding

- Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules

4. SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENTS

- Use hashtag #CortezHustleAI on all posts

- Include #ad disclosure before main content

- Use "Paid Partnership" tools on Instagram

- Display "Advertisement" clearly on YouTube videos

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

- No false income claims or guarantees

- No bidding on company trademarks

- No direct linking to sales pages from paid ads

- No unauthorized discounts or promotional offers

- No self-referrals or fraudulent activity

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Immediate termination for violations. Upon termination, all promotional activities must cease

and confidential information must be returned.

7. LEGAL

- You're an independent contractor, not an employee

- Agreement governed by Indiana law

- Disputes resolved through binding arbitration

- Company liability limited to $1,500 or 3x monthly payments (whichever less)

No Income Guarantees: We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant your business success, income, or sales as an affiliate.

Independent Contractor: You are solely responsible for your own taxes, compliance, and business operations.

Compliance Required: You must follow all FTC guidelines, platform rules, and applicable advertising laws.

By registering, you agree to receive updates via email or SMS related to your affiliate performance, special promotions, or changes to the program.
